These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, students, and customers of IIEP. By using this website, you agree to comply with them. - Services Provided
We provide online English language classes, preparation courses, and related educational resources. - Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to register for our services. - Payments
All fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. - Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued at the sole discretion of IIEP. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you have concerns. - Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for providing their own internet access, devices, and required study materials (including textbooks). - Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and resources are owned by IIEP and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission. - Limitation of Liability
IIEP is not responsible for technical interruptions, platform outages, or other circumstances beyond our control. - Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
Return and Refund Policy
At IIEP, we are committed to providing high-quality classes and services.
• All sales are final. Because our services are online and scheduling is limited we generally cannot offer refunds.
• Exceptions: In rare cases (such as medical emergencies or duplicate payments), refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.
•Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at admin@iiepglobal.com. Refunds are not guaranteed, but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
•Class Access: Once classes begin, no refunds will be issued.
